Plastics Manufacturing:
Incredible heat gains from the manufacturing process along with tight humidity control makes a
situation that is perfect for a Johnson Air Rotation® Air Conditioning System. With the ability to
condition the air and remove large amounts of humidity with each pass through the Air Rotation®
unit, we have achieved 40% Relative Humidity in these spaces, while keeping air quality and
temperature at a very comfortable level. Tie in our Evaporative Chiller, Controls and an
Economizer System using our Ventilation Fans, and you have a complete package.
Bakery & Food Grade Projects:
The entire unit can be built with food grade features such as wash-down interior and exterior,
Stainless Steel construction throughout, washable Filters, FDA Approved Sealants, a full unit
Drainpan, and NEMA 4X Control Cabinets. Eliminate Ductwork and all the things that can collect
in them. Satisfy inspectors with an easily accessible and cleanable HVAC System. Change the

Steel Distribution & Storage:
The Air Rotation® effect virtually eliminates condensation problems in buildings and on products.
The Air Rotation® System has won the acclaim of the Steel Distribution Industry for this reason
alone. But, in addition, it is simply the most efficient way to heat a large open building. The
constant air movement in the space keeps eliminates still air, which can condense on a cooler
surface such as a coil of steel. The even temperature in the space brings that steel up to room
temperature more quickly. Simply put, every steel distributor should have an Air Rotation®

Beverage and Wine Storage:
The secret is out, and you should capitalize on it. Product loss due to evaporation through wood
barrels can be reduced to a fraction by using an Air Rotation® Air Condition Unit, a Johnson
